Take Back the Night March Athens, 2007

This is a short clip from the end of the women's march in the uptown area, as they are heading past the parking garage and towards the College Green for the ending rally.

Well, I've finally getting around to doing some work on the site. It's amazing what two years of graduate school can do to throw a wrench into various prior projects! Well, well... be sure to stay tuned for some interesting new materials very soon.

rv media was founded in 1998 as way to expand my work in a variety of media fields, as well as a place to house many of my ceative ideas for media activism and social change-inspired filmmaking. The idea behind all of the media work that rv media does is very simple--media for social change--meaning our projects seek to both support and create social change through their creation, growth and expansion in a variety of mediums--both static and digital--as well as a variety of environments--both virtual and real.

Over the years a number of exciting projects have been completed, including several full-length documentaries, and a number of smaller featurettes. rv media was there in Seattle for the WTO bruhaha, again in 2001 at the World Bank/IMF meetings, the 2000 Republican National Convention, and even the 2005 inaguration of Bush. While I may note have always had the camera rolling, I was busy studying and writing about the events unfolding in front of me.
